I was wondering - if you sue the creditor - credit reporting agency - do you do it in small claims court or do you do it in regular court? Which would you recommend? Does the law allow for attorney's fees and costs?

Mischievous Smurfy:
if you win you get fees and costs in any court ...

as for which one to sue in ... lets put that in a different perspective ...

do you want go for small claims and have to teach some backwoods, probably learning impaired, magistrate who is predisposed to favor corporate america and has a comprehension problem the law or save your energy for the learning curve involved in litigating in real court where the court actually cares about the statutes and precedent already on the books?
