Collection calls on Sunday

I am trying to locate the part of the FDCPA that stipulates to exactly when collection calls can be placed, seems I remember reading somewhere...that Sundays are off limits?   1214

Calls can be made from 8 AM-9 PM  (7 days a week) Collectors don't take sabbath on Saturday or Sunday or any other holly day !

You can notify them that Sundays are inconvenient for you to receive calls.

You can notify  them that calls on Mondays through Saturdays are inconvenient, too.

Was this the 1st contact to you by them?

Have they sent you anything in the mail 5 days after the 1st contact(phone call)?

Did you ever send them a DV letter?

You can stop all phone calls by sending them a letter telling them it's Inconvenient to call you ANYTIME. I would also read the Arb and JDB section and tape the calls.
