I have a CA with a judgement against me. (see other posts). The CA didn't show up for a discovery hearing 6 months after judgment. Also went to pay with paypal debit on the CA's website and guess what? They don't take CCs from their own client, CAP ONE!
Question 1: Is it possible that CAP ONE failed to pay for the CA's services?
Question 2: How aggressive is CAP ONE after a judgment is entered in collecting? Any experience with this situation anybody?
Question 3: OCs are very gun-ho about getting judgments. How many actually collect from the defendant?
