Stipulation of Discontinuence w/Prejudice

(1/1)

The Litigator:
Would a stip to discontinue a suit with prejudice be enough to get the CRA's to delete a TL?

AXXEL:
I was wondering the same thing.

Did you get an answer to that?

I need OC account deleted and OC no longer owns it.  My settlement will have the same wording in it, that it will be dismissed with prejudice.

Not sure what your situation is.

No, I'm still unclear about it.

AXXEL:
From what I have read and been told, only the OC can delete OC tradelines.

If your settlement was with the OC, then I think once you submit a dispute with CRAs, and provide them the settlement agreement, it should get deleted.

If your settlement is with a CA like mine, were out of luck.

I'm looking into pay for delete now.
