I'm getting ready to sue for FCRA violations and breach of contract vs Cap 1.
Florida state law says that in Circuit or county court the defendant must show up with his lawyer, his lawyer can not defend the case without the defendant.
Upon researching the Registered agent, they would have to travel from another state?
Anyone have experience with this?
