I am comprising violation list for JAMS post suit.
So far I have only came out with those dealing with arbitration contractual breach, or so I think.
Below are my selections:
FAA section 4. Failure to arbitrate.......
FDCPA section 1692. Harrasment or abuse.
FDCPA section 1692 f. Unfair practices.
I am unaware of any communication violations pertaining these current cases, although they might exist.
I want to avoid looking like a frivilous litigant and stick to something which will stick.
Need to get that arb. going ASAP, but I'm sort of stuck.
Please help.
