Semi off topic question.  Is it a conflict of interest having a spouse notorize your documents?

As for the police, what they did was criminal, and having a police report would add to your ammunition against them WHEN you nail their <removed> to the wall.

Just my 0.02$ worth.  Can I get my change?

I would not have spouse notorize.

Go to local bank, or local government unit, to get it notorized.

It would stink for that to become and issue in a good case like this one.

My free speech is not legal advice.  I am not a lawyer, I only play a lawyer on TV.   Since I've never been on TV...

If you need legal advice, you need to talk to a lawyer.

Anything I write in this post, I am probably kidding or suffering from tremendous sarcasm surplus.

Court Record:         2 wins * 2 judgments (1 of the 2 judgments has been vacated, other judgment upheld on appeal, marked "satisfied", because I wrote a check.)

I will write it back down and go to my bank today to have them notarize it!

I did not think about the fact that having my spouse notarize it could be a conflict of interest.  1214
