OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTION AFFIDAVIT
« on: March 22, 2011 04:11:12 AM »
I have a judgement (2003) for less than $4k from Sear's from my divorce (2002) now a Leslie Schneider of Hayt,Hayt & Landau is seeking garnishment of wages.  I was never served papers, my CEO at work gave me copies and had a "friend" that filed the head of household exemption the next day. The attorney "friend" said I should be receiving papers from the lawyer/collection agency, I never did....

Well today, I received OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTION AFFIDAVIT... it says.....
Assignee of the Plaintiff denies the Defendant's Claim of Exemption.
Further Affiant Sayeth Naught.

What does this mean? does this mean we will go before a judge to decide??
