CCS(Credit Collection Services)

Has anyone dealt with CCS before?

My husband & I are dealing with this company due to Labcorp bills.

CCS calls at least 3 to 4 times a day leaving messages on the answering machine,stating that the debt is from a debt collector,but leaves our file number & leaves website addresses such as warningnotice.com,creditreportingalert.com,& settlementnotice.com to pay the account.

Have you told them to stop calling and recorded that?   You need to either tell them to stop calling or mail them a letter stating DV information on this site.  Have they sent you a letter within 5 days of the 1st contact?  I know a little about CCS because they never stopped calling after I told them in writing to.
