Any updates on how this ended?
What the heck do I know?  If I were a lemming I would be #2 in the pile at the bottom of the cliff.

Foreclosure was dismissed w/o prejudice in Oct 2010. Chase has not refilled, but now has violated RESPA.

these Calls  were placed after court was commenced and we were going back and forth in front of the judge.

Still have time to go after them but want to see what their next move is going to be.

I will hire an attorney to go after them because the amount involved is in 6 figures.

I'll keep you updated.
I am not an attorney, just  type" A" personality.
If you need legal help, you should seek legal counsel.

I wish I knew about this when my CC company was calling me everyday 3x a day for an overdue balance.  I could have gotten enough TCPA violations to pay the balance and make a profit! Can't wait for your update.

Don't start spending your money before you get an award or settlement.  TCPA suits are not slam-dunks.
