BTW-the Flyingifr Method does work. (quoted from Hannah on Infinite Credit, September 19, 2006)

I think of a telephone as a Debt Collector's crowbar. With such a device it is possible to pry one's mouth open wide enough to allow the insertion of a foot or two.

I sent a letter to Experian about 10 days ago.  I received my letter back with a "Forwarding Time Expired" Notice.  But, I got the address FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

Here is where I sent it:

Experian
Attn:  Dispute Department
PO Box 9532
Allen, TX  75013

On the forwarding order, it states that their PO Box Number is 9554.

Does anyone have a current address to Experian?  Thanks!

This may not be appropriate for this thread, but I wanted to use a free credit report service ( I looked at Experian specifically), and reading through their Terms of Service concerned me that they can use my personal information as well as change the T's & C's without notice that may expose this information to companies I have no interest in hearing from.

Does anyone know of a free service that can provide tri-report scoring AND a breakdown of accounts, and without exposing ones personal information too much (or am I dreaming)? I am involved in a lawsuit (originally against me, but now I am am preparing a suit against the attorney for a number of violations) and want to ensure they are not reporting the account incorrectly, which based on their seeming ignorance about consumer laws, I am pretty confident they are not indicating the debt is in dispute.

I get hard copies of my reports every 90 days.

Experian shows NO negatives on me and the score is in the 800's.

TU and EQ  still show negatives  (all disputed of course),  but 95% of them are falling off my CR's this year.

only because I found this site and it has helped me Tremendously ,  THANKS..

I thought just getting the Big 3 and Chexsystems was enough. But I'm learning you should review your Lexis Nexis report as well. As one of the major data aggregators, they supply info to the Big 3 (liens, judgements, etc.)

Getting ready to request my annual from them, as well as Telecheck just to see what they have.

I check the big 3, Innovis, Chexsystems, Lexis Nexis, and The Work Number.  LN is good because auto and home insurances use that to check.

Update:

Annualcreditreport.com is getting slick.  Conveniently, they don't have the PDF form to request via mail anymore on their website NOR the toll free phone number.

However, a quick check on the FTC website here still has the information.  In case it gets deleted, I'll attach the PDF mail in form.

The toll free number to request your hard copy reports is 1-877-322-8228.

Are you paying for each hard copy or do you have some type of monitoring program you use?
