I got this all the time when I was in China for 3 years.

Use a USA based proxy.
BTW-the Flyingifr Method does work. (quoted from Hannah on Infinite Credit, September 19, 2006)

I think of a telephone as a Debt Collector's crowbar. With such a device it is possible to pry one's mouth open wide enough to allow the insertion of a foot or two.

The decision to limit usage to those using US-based servers was made almost a decade ago.

Since that time, nothing has changed the rationale on which that decision was based.  The policy remains unchanged.

If someone wish to discuss this matter, they can contact me either by e-mail or PM.
