Pro Se Litigation Workshop
« on: August 31, 2006 03:44:52 PM »
Anyone in the SW region interested in a Pro Se Litigation Workshop? Tentative topics would include

Procedure and Court Rules (Federal and State)
Chain of Custody
Evidence
MTD's, MSJ's and Discovery
Settlement negotiations
Depositions

I'm looking at possibly somewhere in Phoenix somewhere around May of 2007. If interested say so and list any other topics you might want to see discussed. I am hoping to find an attorney to talk with us on these matters.

I am definitely interested, though I could use one before May of next year.  My rule 26 F conference is coming up, and I'm busting my hump to get ready.

Yes, very interested.  Let me know when and where and I will head down.  (Now if you could do the 9th or 11th that would be good since I will already be there, but don't plan for me)

I'll start working on putting it together next week, after tax season.
