Disute letter question
« on: April 13, 2014 11:14:15 PM »
Hey guys, its been a couple years since ive had any letters come in the mail. As well any debt issues I had are long in the past. I got a letter from what clearly looks like a zombie collector, but the information on the debt looks completely inaccurate as I never had a the card they have on the letter.

I am not sure rather to mail a drop dead SOL (as I debts listed inaccurate.) Or Email a general dispute letter. Mr hibbs was always a big help to me years ago. (RIP) . Any advice and anything over last couple years that have changed that I should  have on my template letter please let me know. I recconzie quite a few people here I thought I had an account on this forum, but could not seem to figure it out. Or are you people that moved over from the old website?

Anyways nice to see the familiar faces, if anyone like to see the two templates I have I will send them in a PM, but will not post em up here at this time.
