Win #2 !
« on: February 19, 2013 09:34:13 PM »
Win # 1 was on 2/5/2013. I won my motion to Vacate Consent Judgment.

Plaintiff offered to settle, I said "na, I already did all the work".
Original complaint was reinstated, trial date set for March.
I was prepared to send my amended answer and ARB election today, and BAMM!

Win #2,  a letter today from the Plaintiff's attorneys with a Stipulation of Dismissal, With Predjudice:)

Everything happens in three's.

Win # 3, To Be Determined$$$$$

Thanks for all of the great information, confidence, and support.
Donation is on the way:)

Admin,
The total as of now is $1400, dismissed with predjudice.
The big number comes next!
Hoping to find a pit bull attorney to tear this big bank and sloppy attorneys apart.

My donation was made via paypal, so it said 3-5 days:)
Well worth it, more to follow

Our of curiosity, how did you manage to vacate a consent judgment?  In other words, a judgment you consented to?

Exactly! I never consented to it!
Some shady paperwork with my signature on a separate page.  I never knew the judgment existed until the court officer sent me a notice 4 years later.

You mean someone forged your signature on a legal document?

Holly Molly, I run to a consumer attorney.
I am not an attorney, just  type" A" personality.
If you need legal help, you should seek legal counsel.
My PM is turned off.
