This site contains the addresses and phone numbers of most of the debt collectors out there, in alphabetical order...

The above site is great for sending DV letters, C & D letters, etc.



Finally a collector admits it...

To find that list do a google search for "Arizona Department of Financial Institutions" and look for "Collection Agencies."
